日本国内は送料無料です。
お支払い方法
クレジットカードのみご利用いただけます。日本国内の方はスクエアが便利です。海外の方はpaypalをご利用ください。（VISA・Mastercard・American Express・JCB・Diners Club・Discover）
配送日
ご注文後、７営業日以内の発送となります。受注生産品については、商品によって完成日が違います。完成予定日は各ページに記載しています。ヤマト宅急便、または宅急便コンパクトでの発送となりますので、配送期間はヤマト宅急便に準じます。お受取りご希望日時がある場合は、「ご要望欄」にご記入ください。
ご注意点
お客様の都合によりお受取りが出来ず三宿店に返送された場合、再配送ご希望の場合は送料をご負担いただきます。※ヤマトの保管期間は7日間です。
お客様都合による返品交換は受け付けておりません。お届け時点での破損についてはご連絡ください。すぐに新しいものにお取替えいたします。

Free standard delivery within Japan.

Delivery time scales
Catalogue items will normally be dispatched within seven days after your order is confirmed. For bespoke jewellery, lead times will take longer depending on the design. An indication of expected lead time is provided on each design page.
Note
PLANT / PLANT does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, re-delivery costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsiblities are those of the customer. If the item is returned to our shop by courier due to customer’s failure to receive the item, then any cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
Overseas delivery information
Overseas shipping costs
We use EMS（Express Mail Service） “tracked and signed” for all the overseas deliveries. If your total order in one transaction is over 100,000 yen excluding VAT, we will deliver free of charge.
Note: Depending on foreign exchange rate movements or/and EMS's terms and conditions etc, the above rates are subject to change.

VAT and customs information
All orders being dispatched outside Japan exclude VAT (10% in 2020). Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer to settle. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.

海外への配送
送料
EMS（国際スピード郵便）で発送いたします。税抜100,000円以上お買上の場合は送料無料とさせていただきます。為替、EMSの規約変更などにより、予告なく送料が変更になる場合があります。

税金について
海外発送にてお買上の方は、日本の税金10%が免除されます。日本国内でお受け取りの場合は海外在住の方でも免税対象外です。海外でお受け取りの際に、追加関税が課せられた場合はお客様ご負担となります。

お客様都合によりお受取りが出来ない場合日本に返送されることがありますが、再送する場合の送料は購入金額にかかわらずご負担いただきます。
